TERMS of TRADE

1. The Customer acknowledges that:
i) the Equipment shall not be used without experienced and specialist instruction.
ii) with regard to the use of the Equipment the Customer will abide by the rules and regulations of the FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE D’ESCRIME (FIE).
iii) the Customer shall be entirely responsible for the use of the Equipment.

2. JCSPORTWORLD reserves the right to vary the prices quoted in this Price List, should this be made necessary by events beyond our control.

3. The contract is deemed to be made in The Netherlands and is subject to the Laws of The Netherlands, whose Court's shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this contract.

4. In it's absolute discretion JCSPORTWORLD shall have the right, without prejudice to any legal action contemplated or already commenced, to refer any dispute to Mediation or Arbitration and in the event of non agreement between the parties to such a dispute as to the identity of the Arbitrator or Mediator.

5. Where Equipment is obtained to the special order of a Customer a deposit of 50% is normally required.

6. For those Customers with Accounts, payment is due within 30 days of Invoice. Interest will be charged at 2% per month, starting from the date of Invoice, but this will be waived if the Account is settled in full before the due date.

7. The legal ownership of the equipment shall remain with JCSPORTWORLD until the Equipment is paid for in full, although responsibility for the safe keeping and the safe usage of the Equipment passes to the Customer when delivery is taken.
